How We Serve
Product Selection
Our suppliers and local partnerships allow us to provide a wide selection of products, with an emphasis on a high-end experience for residents. This includes fresh and local options for a health-minded customer, as well as frozen meals, fan favorites, and convenience items.
Equipment
We will provide two full-size coolers and a freezer to provide a wide selection of beverages, fresh food, juices and frozen items. All of our equipment allows for health-lock as required by the city health department.
Design
We have an exceptional local finish carpenter that will create custom cabinetry for The Waller Market, and we’ll involve management in fine touches and construction choices.
Service
Our leadership team offers experience in providing bespoke service for high net worth individuals, recognizing the importance of delivering a high-quality experience with upmost attention to detail. Our entire team is trained to provide exceptional service, whether on-site maintaining and stocking the market, or handling calls and texts from customers.
Compliance
We maintain a positive relationship with the city health department and their staff, and will provide the necessary permits for fresh and frozen foods as required. We also maintain $2M in liability insurance with umbrella, auto, and workers compensation, which we are happy to add appropriate entities as additional insured and provide COIs as needed.
